1.Faster CO2 concentration recovery speed 

The infrared sensor is the best choice when the door needs to be opened frequently during the experiment. 

Imported infrared (IR) sensors have the characteristics of monitoring CO2 gas quickly and are not affected by external temperature fluctuations. If the door is opened for 30 seconds and then closed, it can be restored to 37℃ in less than 10 minutes, and to 5% of the set CO2 concentration in less than 5 minutes, which can maintain the stability and uniformity of the CO2 concentration in the box even in the case of frequent opening and closing of the door by many people. The thermal conductivity sensor is easily affected by temperature and humidity, long response time, large detection error, long-term use, the need for frequent calibration errors and other defects. 

2.Ultraviolet sterilization system 

Ultraviolet sterilization lamp is located in the back wall of the box, can be regularly disinfected inside the box, can effectively kill the circulating air inside the box and humidification tray water vapor floating bacteria, so as to effectively prevent contamination of the cell culture period. 

3.Microbial efficient filter 

The CO2 air inlet is equipped with a high-efficiency microbial filter, which has a filtration efficiency of 99.99% for particles with a diameter of ≥0.3um, effectively filtering bacteria and dust particles in the CO2 gas.

4.Door heating system 

The door of the CO2 incubator can be heated on the inner glass door, which can effectively prevent the glass door from producing condensation and prevent the possibility of microbial contamination due to condensation on the glass door.
