Control system:

Pre-install management
software can monitor the current state and sterilization process in real time,
display and record the sterilization program, working state, temperature, time,
pressure, sample temperature, and FO value of the instrument operation in real
time; if the operation process records 100,000 times, the sterilization record
can be USB output and can be managed by multiple machines.
Security system:
The top cover handle must
be equipped with anti-ironing plate, " lift the cover operation (no
sliding handle), pull the open cover with one hand.
Electric double safety
lock: monitor the temperature and pressure in the sterilization cavity at the
same time, and the sterilization cavity cover can only be opened when both are
within the safe range.
Mechanical closed cover
safety lock design, not affected by electromagnetic interference.
The sterilization cavity cover:
The horizontal vertical design of the cavity cap is
formed once with the cavity cap and the cavity is smooth at the upper mouth and
effectively prevent the operator from scraping the hand. the sealing ring is
formed once with a minimum thickness of 7mm.
Air cooling system:
Fast fan cooling system, save the cooling waiting
time, improve the laboratory work efficiency.
Drying System: (optional function)
After the sterilization
of solid articles, it is not necessary to remove the sterilization cavity to
realize the in-situ drying of solid articles.
The sterilization cavity
adopts integral heating, air pump and 0.2um air filter. At the end of
sterilization, the drying automatically starts, the cavity is evenly heated,
and the external air replaces the filtered clean gas through the air pump into
the cavity to improve the drying efficiency.
