Glove integrity tester online instructions for use:

1. Set testing parameters on the instrument operation interface, including glove specifications, to ensure accurate settings.

2. Seal the glove mouth or long glove mouth with a glove disc, ensuring that the glove disc is level with the glove mouth and that the edge of the glove disc is in smooth contact with the glove fixing port. Then, press the back cover of the glove disc to start the button, and the instrument will start to pressurize the sealing ring at the edge of the glove disc. During this process, ensure that the end of the glove disc is stable. After the sealing ring pressure stabilizes and the sealing is completed, start pressurizing the glove to the set value, The instrument stops air intake and begins leak testing.

3. After the test is completed, the instrument displays the test results, which can be printed as either "passed" or "failed".

4. Press the back cover button of the glove tray again, and the instrument will automatically discharge the sealing ring and the air pressure inside the glove. After the exhaust is completed, remove the glove tray and complete the test.
